Some idea I had while watching a documentary, had to put it down with a quick matte painting.I think this was a lesson for me... New ideas and concepts carry much more weight than something that has been done before. Realistic rendering won't change that. So, I'm going to try doing more conceptual matte paintings when I get the chance. Very much inspired by Alex Brady's concept art.
