A peice for brainstorm challenge.Working on a follow up image showing the rest of the Hervix's body, basically showing it from a human's perspective under the clouds.Β

May I ask, you said "rest of Hervix's body", does that mean there is another drawing depicting Hervix or something like that? I can't find any such drawing in your gallery. Also, do you use more than one layer for your paintings?
Excellent work as always, I especially love the clouds and the cloud rays. I'd like to know more about this brainstorm challenge

Reminds me of an old science channel documentary about an alien planet and the creatures that live there. Always loved the flying ray concept myself. They seem kind of built for it, so why not make them fly.Β
I like the scale. Really shows the size of the Hervix all that much more compared to the rays.Β
