My systems would all were pre-owned except my Gamecube that I save for years to get as a child (without an allowance) from change I found off the floor-- $100, hoho-- and then my little brother put giant Dark Lugia sticker on it the moment I turned my back and it's ben there ever since (grrrrrr), and then my 3Ds that I bought myself after saving for a semester to treat myself for the first time in 3 years after some very bad things happened, so she's been very well-loved.
I think my Gameboy color would be the most interesting. The corner of her screen is shattered, her battery cover is broken, and she's lined in bite marks. I bought her a Barbie brand purple connector that you slide over top the screen. It's so bulky! You fold out two flaps from the screen and they are large speakers to make the sound louder or to use if your internal GBC speakers broke, then pop up the connected screen part and it is a magnifying glass to make your screen larger, and lastly, turn on a switch to give the screen an internal light so that you can play it like a GBA.
Later, my best friend at the time gave me her old scuffed-up red GBA when she upgraded to the DS as a birthday present, but sometimes you just need the nostalgia of the original system. And plus, some games you could only play on GBA, like Kirby Tilt and Tumble. 
Wish I had the time already to draw all my systems too. It'd be so neat.
