I think the different eyes are...well it's kinda hard to explain this...
Basically I think that when she has those eyes shown in panels 2 and 3, she's being puppeted (or rather, posessed), and is basically the good side of the teeth...thing.
However, as soon as he asked "Do you still feel like a Protagonist? A main character?" it's more of a threat, which only then shows how she really is: lost, scared, and wanting to be back to how things were
I'm also guessing the teeth thing is also wanting to use her as a "body" of sorts to get back into the world where Aria is and wreak havoc from there. That, or he's draining her as energy and using the confidence from the "puppet side" (or rather it's good side) as a battery, and nothing more. Or that the teeth thing is corrupting her.
But those are just some theories.

I have MS and i had to be strong enough to pick myself up, ppl i met said they would be depressed even one of the docs i got told me to take annti depressives because i wouldn't able to walk, draw or eat like a normal person, that trick me and i flip the table, so...depends on your will
I believe everyone is strong enough, i just think some people like others to pity them for atention

I don't think it's that simple. I think your theory focuses too much on being concerned with other people but in reality I think it's alot more internal and self-motivated than that.Β I think people just feel safer suffering in a rut than they do in trying to get themselves out of it and run the risk of ending up somewhere just as bad but that they haven't gotten used to yet.
