Description Probably a new character that I'm going to keep.

Inspired by this one song... Katamari on the Swing?
It's the main song in We Love Katamari so yeah, it starts off with "Okay Mr. Sunshine~!" and that mere phrase transformed into this dude in my head xD that simple.

He'd be like.. these characters that appear out of nowhere and no one knows who the hell they are or why they do the stuff they do. Kind of random. Musical. Yes. very musical.
