Because he still part of the imperialist war machine, he bombed Libya, there are still large numbers of "advisors" in Iraq, he has upped the number of troops in Afghanistan and has carry out large number of drone attacks, he is just as bad the rest, he's just smarter about it.

Im assuming the point you're making is that they were bombed for their oil, but your image more depicts the oil itself being bombed.

I don't think that is what they were trying to portray at all. Yes there is a lot of speculation as to what the U.S.'s true intentions are, but I think the message here is of America's arrogance as well. They seem to believe that everything is their responsibility, when in reality they are making things worse.
