Somehow I think a Dino 206 or 246 might be slower. This is, IMHO, one of the most beautiful Ferraris, though, and definitely the most beautiful mid-engined production Ferrari.

Perhaps you're right. But there are also some circles who wouldn't even consider a 206/246 a Ferrari. Afterall, it has no Ferrari badge or logo anywhere inside or out and was powered by a Fiat engine. I absolutely love the racecar version of it though. Here's a pic I took of one: [link] You got me curious so I compared the specs.206: only 152 made and benefited from alum body; weighed 1,980 lbs and had 180 hp246: steel body weighed 2,426 lbs and US version had 175 hp308: weighed 2,778 lbs and US version had 240 hpSo, I guess all three have comparable power to weight ratios. Regardless, by today's performance standards none of them would win any races but they are all oh so beautiful with the curvy lines from the bulging fenders and the low height with a swept back windshield.
