beautiful use of light. When I need to stop thinking I visualize taking my head off and throwing it in the sea and it's just bobbing in the water, lol it's weird but it works for me.

Itβs what we all need once in a while, to stop and smell the roses, or feel the sunlight on our face, or close our eyes and listen to the sounds of nature.
