When I was in college, and would go to parties, I would always LOVE staying up till it was almost morning.. it wasn’t quite there yet, but it wasn’t night either..I always thought there was something magical about that in-between hour.

Interestingly, it seems that that time of day is also when the air is "refreshed", possibly due to photosynthesis starting back up again after the night. It makes the air crisp and fresh, which definitely adds to the "magical-ness" of it, at least for me.

It was, and continues to be, my favourite time also. The rest of the new day may fall apart, but I've had the best hour.
