Yes, she hadn't been out exploring for a while. We went to a quiet area with big fields and forests surrounding it. I left the leash on her so I could make sure she didn't get away, I know it looks short but it is actually a few feet long! I wouldn't let her out of my sight for anything bad like that to happen.
My pets safety is always kept in mind.
