Finished!Well...mostly. How to wings still eludes me, I realllly hate doing them, and I don't know why I keep trying to put them into pictures -_-;;. And the wooden part on the stairs was sort of half baked. I'll go back and fix stuff later
other than that, I'm proud of this <3
I think her outfit is pretty bad ass if I do say so myself
I used this shading method on her hair [link] it's really awesome!! *-*

Colours are just awesome there - they are so warm and have a hypnotising strenght. In addiction to her beautiful eyes it makes me hard to turn my eyes away from this drawing.
The other adventage of this one are leafs (is that the proper word for multiple 'leaf'?) Actually, the whole background is stunnig.
It reminds me of My little pony. Should it?
Oh, MKR, the only thing I miss here is my favourite detail. It's less of it than in earliers pictures :<

WEWL. As I said before, that blue is gorgeous. Also, her hair looks so soft and touchable (frustratingly XD). Your choice of colors was nice touch too; all her blue against brick and grays adds good contrast. ME LIKEY!

I should try that technique out again sometime.
Since Luna is a magical princess, I think that any mundane place she visited, her contrast to it would be striking and she would light the whole place up with all her bluuuu xD
