The League of Despair (a cheesy name I know )

The League of Despair is the main group of villains in my Power Rangers fanmake, led by the infamous Count Bleck Bleh heh heh.
Much like the usual villain teams in the original series, they have a certain goal and then the power rangers get in the way.

Their Goal: Count Bleck's goal is to let the city wither in despair and pure hatred, he gathered this League to make sure his goal is set in stone.

Leader: Count Bleck (Super Paper Mario): Just like his canon counterpart he is a powerful villain yet he has his comedic moments, he mainly just commands the team around and uses his staff to give extra strength to the monster of the week.

Second in Command: Dark Lemonade (Y!PC5) Lemonade is shown to only care for herself and is all around just a sassy and salty diva. She constantly taunts the rangers and others who get in her way. She has the power to create sonic waves by singing. There is a slight rivalry between her and Happy.

Monster Maker: Colress (PKMN) Look it's the nerd. Just kidding, Colress is a force to be reckoned with as he is regarded as the mastermind behind the devious monsters that attack the city.

Comic Relief: Commander Peepers (Wander Over Yonder) C'mon, you knew this was coming guys. I get to make a villain team and you think I would pass up the chance to cast Peepers as the comic relief? No way But in all seriousness, Peepers tries his best to outshine the others in the League of Despair but has no luck. He does get one episode where he does win (It should be noted, Peepers has a more human look than his traditional look.)

Renegade Villain: Bad End Happy (Smile Precure) Happy is the one you'll see the most of since she is usually sent out to do Bleck's dark deeds. I will reveal more on her renegade side later She's sly and manipulative, her rivalry with Lemonade is from the latter being chosen to be second in command instead of Happy.
