although they seem quiet for now, their true self lays just beneath the surface. . .

no one's really sure where echo came from. echo is new to [the trainer] and wandered into their care in very rough shape one night.

as they are moreso nocturnal, they often are out during the night, spending most of that time listlessly stargazing.
although it will take some time for this shy 'mon to open up further, others on [the ranch] presume them to be interstellar due to these habits. . .
