I spent all day working on this pony because gosh diddly DARN I love her

Twinkle Heart is a happy, bubbly ball of sunshine who bounds about Equestria. A lot of my ponies are from Ponyville so I didn't wanna make her from there but I dunno where she'd be shhhh I'll change it later She's a huge fan of Magical Girl ( Magical Mare? ) anime and manga, and her inspiration for learning magic was from both of those things. She might not be an actual Magical Mare, but that doesn't stop her from acting like one. Or dressing like one!

She carries a little bag when she goes out, usually packed with a bento box lunch, some manga, a sketchbook to doodle in, and other various goodies. She also sprays in glitter in her mane and tail each morning for that extra super kawaii look~.
Yes, she likes to say words like 'kawaii', but doesn't overuse them.

For whatever reason, her eyes change whenever she gets excited, but they mostly change when she uses her magic. It's been a thing ever since she was a filly. No one's quite sure why that happens, but she thinks it looks really cool!!

Her magic is pretty average, but she yearns to get better. She likes to announce her spells when she uses them, like:

" Flower bloom!! ", " Bubbles~! ", " Leeeevitate! "
( Think of anime characters announcing their attacks, or Sora casting magic in Kingdom Hearts pfpffff-- )

Oh, and yes I based her Cutie Mark off the Star Rod from the Kirby series :'>
