"FINISHED"I started this portrait of Stevie Nicks back on September 27, 2013...Finished it today! I was draggin my feet on this one. I made several revisions on her eyes and mouth! Each time I looked at this I saw something that needed adjusting.
This is a gift for my wife ( the world's biggest Stevie Nicks fan). Over the years I have done about 9 drawings of this singer and THIS one is the 10th.

I know the problem... mostly that means the chinline instead of the mouth. Shadings make a portrait look smaller/larger than it really is. Great work! It is a great gift mate. Complicated hair...Most of it is a hit, but i can see some issues whether wich strand you should predominate and which one you should repress in the background. You've put quite some detail exposure on the westside compared to the eastside. Best part for me is the hairflow. Well done on a fantastic drawing!

This is really odd - I've never heard of Stevie Nicks before, but there's a competition running on my local radio station where three secret celebrities say a phrase and she was the first correct guess! (It goes on for months so I'm hearing her name pretty much every day now, lol).
