Beautiful work! Like the previous people have stated you are very skilled in choosing the right colours and applying them. 

There is one small thing I'd like to nitpick if you done mind; the viewpoint of the entire picture is shot looking down from above but when looking at  the angles of the door and doorknob it seems like the perspective its looking up from below. Its really hard to explain, let me know if what I said makes no sense :/
