Yes, indeed. But the cream cheese is a lot thicker than custard

Interesting. I made flan once, it turned out nice but I had overcooked the caramel.

Yeah, at least I've learned from my mistakes. In the end, luckily the flan was able to overcome the strong taste of burnt sugar.
