A sparkly mist fills the air before disappearing, revealing a fairy, but not just any old fairy. Rather…

K: Greetings everyone. It is I, Karen the Computer Fairy.

Karen looks around her settings, realizing that she messed up a shoot for Sidetable’s Fairytale Adventure with Blue.

K: My bad. I’ll be going now.

She flies above the scene and then wipes her dress free from any leftover mist particles, along with patting her hat.

K: You might be wondering one of a few questions. 1, Are you related to Karen from SpongeBob SquarePants? 2, Wait. Vernor’s seen one of those episodes?! Or 3, But why, though? To answer them all, no, yes, and because this is Vernor’s Fairyary.

Karen places her hat back on her head and takes out her magical wand.

K: Vernor built me as a computer fairy to tell Fandom City Fairytales to everyone, but she wants to test me out on an art challenge that she wanted to do for a while now; Fairyary. Each day in February, people follow prompt lists to draw fairies or go with their own lists. And this year, Vernor’s doing it.

Karen brings up a picture of Izabella on her screen, showing the latter in a fairy “costume”.

K: The story that Vernor is telling throughout this Fairyary is the story of one cucumber named Izabella and her journey to find acceptance…or a potion to return to normal after a spell hits her.

The screen returns to normal as a cloud, which surprisingly looks like Sleeping Boots, comes floating by, only to be broken up by Karen flying around it in circles, causing it to form into a cloud in the shape of Alvin the Cone looking very dizzy, but upside down.

K: And I don’t mean the sleeping spell. Rather, it’s a fairy spell, one that is even stronger than a mermaid spell and has a shorter timeframe to end it, unlike the mermaid spell. And it all starts…

She waves her wand and the cloud then becomes multiple clouds that read out the words “Once Upon a Time”.

K: Once upon a time!
