Description
This started as a figure study but I kept developing it in between reading George R.R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" series which the HBO series "Game of Thrones" is based around, and I have been contemplating how bizarre Melisandre is. I hope we get a deeper glimpse into her character later because she is one wacked-out lady and I want to see how she justifies her actions.Also, holy crap, book 4 is really started to show how deeply everything is interwoven. My brains!!
Melisandre and almost everything in this description are very (c) Gerore R.R. Martin and also probably HBO.
I had a hard time with that fire... and it still isn't right. But I couldn't justify putting more time into this when I have other things to get done.

Hey! Thanks, she's supposed to be alluring and exotic with a "heart-shaped face" but there is also something intimidating or sinister about her. My original sketch she was way too young and cute, so I had to make some adjustments.
I don't post on DA much any more because they make you jump through a billion hoops and still screw up. All of my art's being posted to my blog ( [link] ).

Well mission accomplished, then. And I'm sure you see my fixation with facial construction, as a singular constant facial proportion style based strictly on oversimplified attractiveness really doesn't cut it in the long run.
And Battlecat now has a girlfriend, and they are nearly identical AND THEY HAATE EACH OTHER. But are coming to love each other because I will fucking make them. But she was the roomies' cat when I moved in. And get this: Her name is "Shitman The Barbarian"
I calls her Barbara.

It's better that you don't because I got this fancy expensive non-filler catfood and my cats are healthier and happier now and they refuse to eat their old generic stuff, and it's like 20 bucks for a bag. So if you got a cat, I'd hover around and make sure you were using the expensive snob stuff anyway and you'd probably start to hate me pretty quick.
And please do, my I'll keep my eyes peeled.

The issue was I tried uploading this 3 times and every time I hit "upload" I'd get an error. And then I'd refresh the page a few times to see if it posted anyways, and it didn't. Then when I posted the 4th time and it went through I guess it posted ALL FOUR TIMES AT ONCE. Whaaaaaaaat? DA, you be trippin'.
