haha..thanks man, but you are incorrect my friend; no selection edge, no blurring, nothing; this is the original photograph as i took it; i see what you mean about that edge bein pretty hard, and maybe i should blur it a slight bit so as to get rid of the fact that it looks like a poor manipulation...but seeing how thats just the way it turned out with just camera positioning and depth of field experimentation, i might just leave it; its gettin warm out man, fish are biting, this summer is gonna rock like a mo fo....later kid

the bottom half is wicked nice, but i think you should have blurred the selection edge, if you took the rock out of the original background and put and slap a slight lens blur on that bit from the top half down, but like aforementioned, i really damn like the bottom half... the clarity and the color is awesome...
