Description
This is a remake of one of the old test patterns that were displayed when a TV station went off the air for the night. Before there were 7-11's and 24 hour CNN, TV stations actually went "off the air". This is one of the test cards that was displayed during that time. This comes from 1939 by RCA.Related content
