I don't know if Jacob was truly Obliviated; the Swooping Evil venom Newt said is known to erase "bad" memories were properly diluted, and at the end of the film it looked like Jacob was remembering because he subconsciously remembered the magical beasts and all of his memories of Queenie were nothing but pleasant

They could always move to England, where No-Maj/wizard relation laws are more lax
