Great colors and great technique. I like the texture of the hair and cloth. Really good stuff.
I recommend a little more emphasis on anatomy. The eyes, though beautifully colored and expressive, are not quite aligned. This is especially true of the right eye. The lips seem slightly off-center from the nose and the hand is too small for her body. The fingers do not have any nails or distinguishing features whereas her face is fully fleshed out.
Otherwise you clearly have a command of painting and if you focus a little more time on anatomy I think you will get to the next level. Keep it up.
