With "Deep Sea" as the next prompt, of course I would wanna attempt this kind of lighting thingy of being in pitch black dark waters merely illuminated by a touch of bioluminescence. Hopefully I pulled it off well enough.In the piece itself, Wilma's back again to take another job from a one-off client, presumably a rescue mission to save her babies given the empty cradle next to her. You'll also notice some... peculiar features of this particular client, features that make them look simple and innocent enough until you'd think they're just a lure for a big hungry horrific fish monster, a classic trope of deep sea predators like frogfish...... but then you take a closer look at those illuminated teeth... and how she's connected to the mouth.... and what exactly kind of mermaid she actually is.
Yep, she's another Isopod mermaid, this time of the parasitic variety (albeit taken to an extreme). While this one is still rather horrifying with her taking over this massive angler fish and turn it into what's basically her own house, at least this one's not a sadistic mass murdering demon like Torma is, and is merely a well meaning mother
