Be sure to take a look at the whole image here: [link]First of all I have to say that it was a pleasure to work on this! A great visionary filmmaker has finally pulled it off and made The Dark Knight how he always should have been!
I know a lot of people have painted Heath Ledger as "The Joker" recently, but I really see why!!! From the gorgeous make-up-design to the top-notch acting he is "The Joker". Too bad this young talented actor passed away at such a young age ... RIP Heath Ledger!
I am very pleased with the end-result and hope you like it too!
The thing that drove me nuts were all the tiny details on his shirt ... I mean great design but wow what a detailed material

Thank you very much! It was one of the if not THE most complicated painting I have ever done ... but regarding his hair I almost wish I had included more detail - but at the time of the painting I was experimenting with hairs and how to paint them ...

One of my favourite moments in movie history ever: The Joker sits at the table, the lights go on and he looks to the sides, without turning around realizes who is behind him (probably? or just noticing something?) and screws his eyes shut just before Batman bangs his forehead to the table.
And, one of the best lines ever to accompany it: "Never start with the head, the victim gets all fuzzy! He can't feel the next" BANG "...see?"

Well mine was a contracted piece, so i alerted them to the fact that myself and John Neilla (the person the contract was for) both own the rights of use and the image itself. and they took it down pretty quick. Im sure it is the same for you. Just got to be a bit hard on them. after all they are making proffit from your expence. Dont take it. Oh also. i never got to say before. because of whaat the site was doing. But i love your work. Really Tallent i admire. Keep it up!
