You captured her playful personality perfectly! I love the happy and sweet expression you gave her~! I also love how you altered her outfit to a flowing dress, it really adds to the picture making her look like one of the many snowflakes in the sky.
The shading and everything is really well done too //stares at her hair forever
Then the string of colorful and shiny ornaments really brings the whole picture together
