I have to admit that I didnt want to like Benedicts portrayal of Sherlock - the whole idea of a modern day Sherlock filled me with dread. However my daughter loved the programe and persuaded me to watch. I am glad she did
I knew he was a great actor, but he certainly made the role his and used the brilliant writting to its full effect. So this picture is dedicated to my daughter who introduced me to a modern day Sherlock 
Drawn on my usual Britol Board Smooth with Faber Castell pencils and about 30 hours of work.
