It's the mid 90s but in the Island of Pacifica in the Northwestern Pacific it's like the 21st century. Dubbed as the "Science" Island, Pacifica is home to the worlds various technological research institutions. It's also a home to various academic institutions, hence, there's also a significant population of students from preschool to post graduates.

Countries of the world agreed not too claim any part of the island to make Pacifica accessible to all.

Another Pinnacle of technology, the ArmaPlatform was also developed in Pacifica by a team of scientists and researchers. Originally developed as an equipment to study Tropical Cyclones, the ArmaPlatform has evolved into a weapons system that can protect mankind.

Polina: AP representative from the Russian Federation. Has a deep and mature perspective.. she seems close to Muriel.

Wazuka: AP representative from Japan. Named after her hometown in Kyoto. Quite vocal and frank sometimes. Has some issues with Beatrice.

Faina: AP representative from the Philippines. humble and simple.. can blend well with most of her wingmates.

Beatrice: AP representative from Australia. Proud and very sociable... has some issues with Wazuka.

Margaux: AP representative from Canada. Cold and silent, doesn't really talk much.

Muriel: AP representative from the USA. Sweet and Kind.. a closet Otaku in her free time.

Clara: AP representative from Peru. Young and energetic.. She seems to blend well with Beatrice.

Rosalinda: AP representative from Chile. Likes Fly Fishing. She's not much of a talker too..
