CFM-56-5B to be exact although in fairness, Zest Air and SEAir's IAE Powered A320-232s sounds better when in FLEX or CL Thrust

lulz~~~~ CFM engines are the latest (and the main production for a320) eh. I have a feeling ka-batch ng very first a320s yang sa Zest Air~~~

tska I like the design of the IAE turbofan for SEAir, mas fitting tingnan sa a320.

Latest? I always thought mas luma ang CFM56-5A/B design-wise dahil yun ang ginamit sa mga naunang A320-100 . Hango rin yata ang 56-5B sa CFM56-3 ng B737-300/400/500..

As for Zest Air puro leased ata eroplano nila.

they're still using CFM's from the first production and 'til now, they're gonna be using CFMs rin sa nextgen a320s pa nga. Though CFMs have varied models rin with their engines, so we need to look at what precise models are those which are newer...

Only SEAir has the IAE engines flying eh. also, it's not that if they're having IAE, they're newer...juz that they've been produced around in the 2000s.

yep, Zest Air leases, lahat naman dito eh~~~ wet-leasing gngmit nila so that it'd be easier to expand the number of fleet. PAL leases (though they said they have purchased the 747s and the 777s), Cebu Pacific claims to have bought their planes but nahhh~~~ $100million per each a320? I kinda doubt that.
AirPhil Express planes are PAL's a320s that they transferred for AirPhil.

Wala na.. kung gusto mo makita yng kapirangot na PAF frames, punta ka siguro sa Clark o kaya sa Sangley..

Though if i'm correct, Sometimes there's a PAF C-130 and rescue choppers that park on the small flightline left of the PAL Hangars.
