I happened to be in New York for the anniversary of 9/11. Every year they shine two beams from Ground Zero, from where the twin towers of the World Trade Center once stood. I took this from Midtown Manhattan, it was a cloudy night and in this pic the beams react with the clouds, normally they would keep going straight up into the sky.Related content
