How on Earth did you ever get the chance to shoot this of the Drum Bridge at 1:30 in the afternoon with no people on it?

Thanks. And great question. Every few minutes I'd wander back to the bridge to see if the tourists had cleared. Finally came a break in the action for about 2 minutes, during which I shot ruthlessly.
You'll notice one of my other shots of the bridge had to omit the very top. You can guess why.

Yes, it made me crazy the way that people behave there. They seem to have no awareness (or caring) for the fact that other people want to photograph the bridge too. . .
