Very nice...
The pose is very good, it's strong and solid and the movement is very much seen in it. The plain white underwear is well placed and seems to act as the vector of the image.
The model's expression suits the picture, it's not out of place.. The only thing I see out of place is the way her hair is styled. It's very messy, and is much different from the elegant, straight elements you have in the rest of the image.
This is probably the worst critique ever, so you can ignore it if you like.
