I also know Medusa is largely used in the Community because of her design, plus the fact that in Soul Eater's world witches ages really slow, so she can be both a young or a mature woman depending on the tastes of everyone.
I know, you said in the description that you never watched the anime
(and to give credit, the anime starts to rot pretty fast after it leaves the manga continuity, and the ending is nothing but disappointing) but SE is full of potential characters for such fan arts.
(I'd like to say Maka because she's my favourite, but there are many others).

So much yes! Medusa was my favorite character from Soul Eater and I always enjoy seeing her get teased.

Absolutely gorgeous work on her feet, love the scrunched toes and the wrinkles they're causing on her soles. The contrast between her black toe nail polish and the skin tone color you chose for her is great too. I also enjoy the action lines around her feet similar to those in the One Piece picture you recently did. Makes it fun to imagine stuff like her toes snapping shut and feet bouncing about in a futile effort to escape.
The design and motion of both snakes also looks pretty good to me, particularly like how the tongue of the one on the right appears to be coming around from the top of Medusa's foot to attack her sole with the prongs. From what I can see this appears to be one of Medusa's own abilities that someone has managed to turn against her, which makes the whole affair even better. Speaking of snakes, I also like how you possibly continued that theme with regards to Medusa's bindings, since they appear reminiscent of both constriction and a snake's skin.
What finally stands out to me is the various other ways you've shown Medusa's reactions to this whole affair. The cute expression of wild laughter on her face, her hand formed into a claw, and how the part of her hair that normally hangs down the front is tossed to side as if to show how she has been or is currently whipping her head back in forth.
