I attempted to do a scene from 'Spirited Away'.The background angered me so much, and I couldn't figure out how to do small stars in the Photoshop editor. Dx
but I'm very proud on how Haku came out. Chihiro was a bitch. D<

great job! about the stars, my suggestion is take a really small white brush (depending on the size of the pic, 1-5 pixels)(obviously on a seperate layer) and use the gaussian blur effect (effects>blur>gaussian blur).
