Description
This is based on a long-time friend of mine named Carolyn. She's always complaining about her life and the problems that she always seems to get herself into.This represents yet another predicament that she brought upon herself that she can't seem to find a way down from.

I always use a number of references. The face is from a picture of my friend, the body is sort of referenced from some random stock photo and my imagination, the hat is from another picture of my friend, the balloons were done with reference from the deviant artist Cypherx, and the clouds are mostly me and looking at some digital art books.

Wow, I adore her left foot. And the curve of the ankle is beautiful. For such an ugly part of the body (since we all know the ankles really ain't the prettiest part of it), it certainly appears quite smooth and delicate here.
I really like her hat too, and how her cheek looks so pinchable, hehe. I'd grab those cheeks and turn that frown upside-down. ;] I also like the colors mixed in with the balloons. And the sky looks beautiful too, as do the clouds she's sitting on and the ones in the distance. Beautiful piece~
