I shamelessly created yet an another cute pokemon FC thats a Popplio with a jokers hat and some tattered circus collar thing! His name is Puddles and he is currently chilling at some sort of lake.. fountain.. idk. The background is so lazy! I just wanted to draw Popplio again to be honest! xD Why do I always love the weirdest/underrated pokemon?

Anyway here's Puddles the Popplio he is currently residing in the Alola region somewhere anyway. He used to have a pokemon trainer who chose him but eventually the pokemon trainer replaced him for a better water type starter and just released the starter back into the wild.. bad trainer! But that didn't phase good ole Puddles one bit since that pokemon craves the freedom and has his own set of dreams of his own and that is to be a rouge not do pokemon battles for pieces of jewelry! Alola has all these snooty rich people with so much nice stuff while the poor pokemon has nothing at all.. the poor wild pokemon are very hungry that the young Popplio wants to help all the wild pokemon in need. Help them survive. He wears his signature jester hat even while doing flips and even swim underneath the water his hat always stays on his head and the bells jingle everytime he moves around too making it highly amusing for children mostly. He can also blow bubbles from his large pink nose and even create a beautiful bubble-like art only to pop them later on if he does chose so~

Yeah I just really like drawing this pokemon it's just as fun as drawing hitmontops and pawniards~
