Plot: This third chapter of the Echo-man series primarily focuses on the contrary battles of Echo-man vs. Broom-Blaakkk and Captain Falcon-eye vs. his long-time nemesis and former friend, Ferdinand Pisces. First off, Captain Falcon-eye is on the hunt for Ferdinand, and seeks revenge for the accumulated death of his old-partner, the Leviathon (Christopher Matthews). Meanwhile, Ferdinand, who by then already knows Echida's identity as Echo-man, is bringing his attention back to Echida. As a spy posing as a professor at NYU, Ferdinand uses Echida in order to gather information on the whereabouts of his base, with whom he shares with Falcon-eye. Though, still naive about Ferdinand's true identity, Echida continues to provide him with details. In the middle of the episode, Falcon-eye finds Ferdinand at a public park and decides to end it with a fight. Consuming much greater power than Broom-Blaakkk himself, Ferdinand has a sustaining amount of capabilities, such as creating storm surges with his mind, possessing the powers of others' using mind-control, and transforming into a variety of avatars, each containing their own individual set of unique powers. Unfortunately, Ferdinand flees the battle scene by hypnotizing Falcon-eye and Wind-catcher. In the meantime, Echo-man is at war with Broom-Blaakkk to end his reign of terror over humanity. Echida's long fight between Broom-Blaakkk has finally come to end when Echo-man marks his last words, which apparently were vibrations that took the form of a tornado wiping him out. With Broom-Blaakkk finally defeated, Echo-man's achievement is rewarded with cheers coming from the crowded streets of a half-torn Manhattan. With Ferdinand still at large, the episode winds down with Falcon-eye still seeking vengeance.
