Plot: In this sequel, the U.S. government is in the midst of a crisis of a foreign threat that is seeking to destroy the human race. Even though there is unknown information about the whereabouts of this threat, the government prepares to take action. Broom-Blaakkk has created his dreadful, powerful clone (volcanic robots) Galactian Robot Army to destroy humanity for him to take over the planet. When the war breaks out, the U.S. government is, then, forced to bring out the Special OPS Unit to destroy these robots. It's now up to Echo-man and his league; Wind-catcher, & Captain Falcon-eye to help fight this battle against humanity, to prevent the human race from being completely demolished.
