hey man, really amazing talent! i havent done a sketch since i was at college years ago! .. think i might give it another go 
just wondering how you start a picture like this... do you start by sketching on paper first? then scan and photoshop the details using a tablet (e.g. wacom tablet) ?
appreciate any feedback to get me started

Every single feature seems perfectly in place. The skin texture is amazingly lifelike. I want to touch it >.< Her eyes are perfect but then again, so are her lips and nose. Literally perfect painting on her face.

yup work in progress pa eh hehehe secret nako? after nadefine na yung face tapos na yung shading, ginamitan ko ng plastic wrap na filter para me texture yung skin hehehe set ko ang highlight = 1, detail =15, smooth = 2 hehehe ito man ginagawa ko sa karamihan hehe
