Description too many flaws OTL

psychology books say that, if you tend to doodle heads/faces, it is implying that you are subconsciously thinking of someone.

I wonder.

...because I am sure I have no friends who look so lala.

whatever psychology book that is is probably real twisted coz i doodle face and head a lot yet it's so random you can barely call it a face/head.

LOL whaddo u mean so lala?~

dude, i've wondered how you make the change from grayscale pics to colored ones...
i'm not sure if you want to answer this..lol

how did you go about doing the 2 lasts steps?
how did you go from grayscale to color?...i'm sorry for all the questions...lol

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

pchaness In reply to edthegreat [2009-10-22 12:19:34 +0000 UTC]

ah~ for that I use 'overlay' layer on top of the grayscale pic and paint in it. I toggle 'curves' / 'hue/saturnity' until I'm satisfy with the overall effect it does to the picture.

I think there are many other methods other than this since the colour tends to look too harsh/over-exposed when I use this method... I have to keep repainting *fail*

I'll share on DA if I find any better method XD

I'm still learning how to add colours properly to gray-scale images..;; XD I'm currently having problems in making them look paintery(more natural) other than something 'hotoshopped'... but if you're interested, I'll post more tutorials on it in the future if I find any nice method(s)~

I don't know why I laugh at face 3.(LOL) maybe coz u just scribble at the face n use blender in the end. haha I never knew there;'s such way to do shadings like that.

I've drawn alot of faces lately but I don;t think that I've thinked about someone...(or maybe...I'm in love??!)
