Awesome! And also it's been officialy announced that there will be a K-ON! Season 2 but I don't know when it will come out but there is going to be another episode coming out on January 20th!!!!

To be blunt, I see no apparent improvement. Your art is fantastic, and that's great, but it looks like you've become stuck drawing the same things in the same style over and over again. I suggest challenging yourself by thinking of things you never draw, and drawing them. Draw some animals, or some scenery with no people in it, draw a god, or even just practice drawing boys. Art is partially about experimenting, you've nothing to lose by drawing something new, whether it looks good in the end or not.

I personally, dont see anything you need to improve, honestly. I really enjoy looking at your art, and I'd love to see a tutorial or two from you someday!

I think your style has become pretty consistent. I dunno if you have any more room to improve; you seemed to have maxed out. 
The only thing I would consider improving is adding more variety to faces and expression when drawing them; because if removing the hair and clothes from them all, I think they all kinda look the same. xD
