It's actually a typical japanese reading layout. Here's an example :kissmanga.com/Manga/Aho-Girl/V…
If the frames are aligned vertically the priority is reading up-down and then right-left. If they are NOT aligned vertically, you read right-left, then up-down.

You should swap panel 2 & 3. people read horizontally then vertically. It should flow like text on a page; we read the row of text before moving our eye down for the next row. Other than that love to see where the series goes.
