I FINALLY finished this picture XD For my 100 Pokémon art challenge for the 10th Anniversary. I decided to re-do the lineart and get it all coloured and finished cos I like how Yellow came out in the picture, plus this is my first piece of art of a character from the Pokémon Special manga
