Supposed to be me as a Ballerina. The torso is too small, but I really like the hands and the facial expression, so whatever. Also, guess what? I didn't use a reference! Well, I sort of did. I looked up ballet poses, found one like this then tried to draw it without looking back at the picture. How'd I do...?Related content

The hands, the head, and the legs are absolutely lovely, as is the shading~
I can only find two areas for improvement...one being, as you pointed out, the torso, the other being that her left arm is quite large.
But other than that, you did a nice job! *is totally envious of your shading supah powahs*

I have so much respect for traditional artists that it's almost ridiculous. You guys can draw beautifully without tools to resize and move parts. It's like...digital drawing is almost fake in a sense.
I honestly wish I could draw like you with paper and pencil <3

I know... Digital art, though, is harder (at least for me) of it amazes me when people can make such awesome stuff on it. But I guess it DOES seem a little fake sometimes.. but whatever, it's still cool
HAha Well, I guess the only reason that I'm 'good' with pencl and paper is 'cause I use it so often. Like, I sometimes don't even like to do colored pencils 'cause they mess me up... And probably also 'cause you can erase pencil... and I erase A LOT xD''''
