Remember how I had a poll a while ago about which picture I should do next? This is it! Sailor Proxima's final form...with a little revamping.She doesn't always have the butterfly wings....but that's part of where she got her powers.
I wanted them to be a bit more transparent, but overall I like it.This took way too long! LOL
