Here's a doodle that i made when i attend my sister in law' marriage
Colored in pencil color later when i got home hahahah...

I have an idea on merging those two henshin move into one XD.
"Dai Henshin" will change his body and he need to "Set Up" the Redaizer and Perfecter to be his helmet and mask.

Oh yeah,those were awesomely designed but then again,guess designs could fall short from the designers though. One thing, I don't understand why in SIC V3 has a human mouth underneath the V3 monster mouth while Gills when his mouth opens,nothing but black void is in it? 0_0 I thought Masked Riders were meant to be bionic humans.

yeah those two are made from different concept totally
in Ichigo-Riderman, the original concept were they remodeled human-being. They have super-human ability and using costume to hide their identity (like american superheroes), that's why they were called Kamen (masked) Rider...because they're actually using helmet to hide their identity <-- this is the original manga concept from Shotaro.
while after that the concept were changed due to TV series' request (to make sure that Kamen Rider had a different positioning than American Superheroes that time) and the "henshin" protocol was made. Now Kamen Rider were half cycborgs that need to trigger their full power by posing "henshin" protocols; thus the original concept that Kamen Rider were using mask/helmet were fully abandoned.
Entering Heisei era, the concept were again had transformed into something even more random. In Kuuga and Agito, they were a supranatural-being made to fight evil power (true evil monster); in Ryuki series, the riders fought among themselves in order to gain one wish as their reward, etc. etc.
So, talking about Kamen Rider's concept is really depend on which era are we talking about
