I think i used photoshop at the time? I recommend gimp though personally due to it's 'open as layers' function, just look up tutorials on both and see which one you'd rather use! ^u^ I made this via literally moving each frame up and down a certain amount, and sadly i dont really know how to do it any other way :c!Β 

I dont really think that there's any perfect gif making software anywhere >^< well if there is i havent found it...

But if you're making something that's not too complicated, im sure both of those programs are fine! dont be too intimidated, for quick gifs both are really useful!!Β

Oh no dont be sorry! You could always look online for a gif maker, like an in-brower one!! ezgif works pretty well from my experience...
