Twilight doesn't like Discord at the beginning of season 4,(and I find it hilarious when Discord reminds Twilight they are "friends" and how he invades Twilights personal space) so a bit of foreshadowing, I'm gonna say around the season 4 finale Discord will help Twi with something like save Equestria like in most epic episodes, then Twi will finally accept him as a friend.
