Tyson might be close friends to Bleeg, but the yeti is fully aware of him being a real jerk to his sidekicks, Jesse & Woofer, which is mainly because orcas are known to eat seals as their main diet. Unfortunately for Tyson, he is unable to eat Jesse & Woofer due to how much they mean to Bleeg & that he would shoo him away and tell him to stop bullying them. So Tyson has no choice but to take the annoyance of the two pinnipeds for always stealing his fish.
