but some background info Karen was still worried about kenny when he died to his illness(Muscular Dystrophy) she wanted something to remember him by so she had the idea to ask a friend that knows how to handcraft dolls an make a doll that looks like Kenny.
(I know she wasn't in the episode of his death but this is something I thought of).
